What Now
I don't know what's wrong with me. On Monday, I had to go home because I was nauseated and finally threw up. Yesterday I was all better. Today I'm feeling nauseated again. I've eaten a cup of yogurt and some hot tea.
I'm afraid to eat anything else because if I get sick, I may never be able to eat that again. That's how it is for me. Once I'm sick after eating something, I never want to be within a mile of it again. On the other hand, I really need to eat something.
Well so much for that. I just had to make a trip to the restroom...sick again.

awww, you poor gal! sounds like you may have picked up a nasty bug...how about some crackers and ginger ale? toast...
i would make you some if i could.

we call it wind/air inside the body... lol
usually happen when u did not eat anything and your body pretty tired or hyper active.
take a little bit of salt (100 plus or isotonic drinks)... u can feel much more better than before...

Hopefully it's just a temporary virus. Ginger is a remedy for nausea, so you could try gingernut biscuits (cookies) or gingerbread, or ginger beer or gingerale.
I do not recommend eating toast when nauseous. I had a nasty experience with that during morning (read: all day) sickness - ouch!
However, as children, when we were sick, we would be given toast fingers which were buttered, with a very light spread of Vegemite. Our other "sick food" was grated green apple served in a bowl. :-)
